Bollywood actress Karena Kapoor has credited her glow to a healthy balanced diet and yoga. Kareena Kapoor is in the habit if practicing yoga on a daily basis and indulges in a strict routine of two hours of power yoga everyday followed by uninterrupted meditation.
A source close to the star says that yoga has not just done wonders for Kareena and has filled her with a lot of positive energy that reflects on her face.
